Trade Only to acquire ‘The Logo Network’

Miami FL. Trade Only Inc., a leading provider of technology and information services to the promotional products sector has entered into an agreement to acquire the business and assets of The Logo Network, a leading provider of product data and web site solutions to the promotional product industry.


Trade Only has agreed to terms with Premium Incentives, Inc., which wholly owns the Logo Network business, to acquire all technology, domain names, product database, trading name and goodwill. Logo Network is based in Ontario, California and has become a leader in the provision of web sites specifically developed for the promotional product industry. Customers are primarily based within North America.

This acquisition is a further step towards Trade Only’s strategic goal of becoming a leading provider of Cloud-based business software solutions and information services to the promotional merchandise industry globally. The Logo Network has developed its Technology offering over the last 10 years, it operates more that 1200 web sites on behalf of distributors and suppliers and has a number of unique tools and services of offer to a growing client base.

Following completion of this acquisition, Trade Only will have in excess of 2,500 distributor websites on its platform. Trade Only suppliers will benefit from the increased exposure of their products on distributor web sites that have as standard the ability to add a customer logo on every single product with just a few clicks.
