Meet The Team

Martin, Trade Only’s President & CEO, has over 25 years experience in the promotional merchandise industry and has gained an extensive knowledge of the technology, supply and distribution sectors of the market over this period. He was the former European Managing Director of 4imprint Group plc and the founder of Incentives Two Limited. His belief in the transformative power of cloud based technology has shaped the direction of Trade Only.

Executive VP Bob Hechler is an expert in leading global sales, marketing and business development programs for consumer products and manufacturing companies that achieve unprecedented revenue, profit and share in highly competitive, dynamic markets. He's been the leader of numerous professional and community associations, and, most importantly, ranked "5th most fun person" for 2010 in the promotional product industry.

NOLAN PLUMMER
	Nolan is Trade Only's VP of Operations, and is an expert in websites and customer relations. Prior to his appointment at Trade Only, Nolan was VP of Distributor/Supplier Services for The Logo Network from 1999-2011. Previously Premium Incentives, Inc's promotional Distributorship, Marketing Services International division. He has a BS in Finance from California State Polytechnic.

PAUL STEINBERG
	Director of Business Development Paul brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the promotional product and print marketplaces. Paul was one of the leading recruiters in the industry as Director of Business Development for iPROMOTEu. Prior to that he was the Executive Director - Major Accounts for ASI. Paul's expertise in the use of technology within the industry stems from direct contact with literally thousands of distributors.
VICKY ROBINSON
	Vicky was one of the founding members of Trade Only which originally had a promotional product decorating division. When this separated from Trade Only Vicky became the CEO of the newly formed supplier Adproducts.com. Under Vicky's guidance Adproducts grew to be one of the most successful suppliers in Europe. When Trade Only's European division needed new leadership to guide the delivery of our technology services, Vicky was the obvious choice.
TIM ANDERSON
	A Graduate from Newcastle University, Tim has been working as a Support and Implementation consultant for Trade Only since 2008. He has been involved in the support, implementation, testing and software development for large companies in both the UK and the US. He has also worked directly with a large promotional product distributor for a period of six months to ensure that they were using Trade Only’s software to maximise their business process.
JONATHAN HALL
	Jonathan joined Trade Only as a Customer Support Specialist, and was recently promoted to Training CoOrdinator. He has almost 12 years of experience in Customer Service, Administration and Client Relations with companies such as United Health Group, Park Nicollet Clinic and USbank. He also has years of voice over experience and is featured on the Trade Only Tutorial Videos.


	Gareth is one of Trade Only's longest serving employees having been with the company for over eight years. Gareth currently divides his time between the UK where he is the Support Desk Manager, and the US where he provides training and support for key VISION, STORE and VENTURE installations. Gareth's passion for delivering fantastic customer service is matched only by his unrivalled product knowledge.

	Richard is our expert on all things STORE related, with exceptional CSS coding skills which allow him to make our customers' creativity into a working web design. He has been responsible for building some of the most successful websites in the promotional products' industry, as well as hundreds of company STOREs. Richard is also the senior support resource for queries and training on the STORE content management system.

	Nathan has a Masters Degree in Computer Science and joined our technical support team in 2007, prior to which he worked as IT Hardware Support. His understanding of networks, servers and communication structures allows the support team to identify and resolve issues that don't originate from the software - and can make recommendations for improving IT infrastructure to ensure the smoothest possible running of the system.
JIM LEY
	Jim is a recent addition to our software development team, and is based out of the California office. Jim has a great deal of experience in the development of web based software, and his knowledge will be key to the continued development of Trade Only STORE and Trade Only VISION.

	Steven is one of the key developers for Trade Only VISION, our end to end business management solution for companies who want to improve their productivity and profits. Steven has over 14 years' experience in developing web based solutions, which allows him to implement enhancements to our cloud based technology efficiently and effectively. He's a much needed level headed presence at the cutting edge of development.

	Nigel is probably the most creative member of the Trade Only development team, frequently coming up with ideas as to how we can enhance Trade Only STORE and Trade Only VISION. He's been with the team since 2005, and has been responsible for many of our ground breaking innovations. His background is in design, and he's spent the last 12 years in web development.

	Heather is responsible for product entry, maintenance and updates for all of our UK and European suppliers. She manages a team who ensure that promotional product suppliers provide us with accurate and comprehensive product data which is the cornerstone of our distributor facing services. Prior to joining Trade Only, Heather worked at the Home Office and has a professional qualification in Customer Service.

	Nathan is the newest member of our technical support team, having recently completed a BTEC National in Business & Administration, BTEC First in ICT and an OCR National Business and ICT award. He's on hand to help all users of our VISION, STORE and VENTURE products with technical enquiries, and in his spare time is completing an Open University course in Astronomy!
BONNIE WANG
	Bonnie is our Web Designer, with a Master's in Communication & Digital Media, and a number of years' experience as a graphic / web designer. Her passion is designing contemporary, creative and detailed websites, inspired by the latest trends in website design. Her background includes web / interactive design, graphic design, web production and information site architecture development.
MICHAEL LEWIS
	Michael is a recent addition to our Customer Support team, and brings a huge amount of experience in delivering technical advice to the table. Michael has two daughters, a baby girl on the way, and a wife called Rosa. Michael is a dedicated Angels fan, so when he's not helping you with your website or VISION, you can find him at the ballpark.


	Grey has worked with Trade Only for seven years, initially as a Technical Support Consultant, and now as Chief Technology Officer. He oversees the technology development for all the solutions offered by Trade Only and is responsible for the launch of the Trade Only platforms in the USA. He holds an MA in Computer Studies.


	Having previously worked for a leading promotional products distributor, Deborah started at Trade Only as Support Desk Manager in 2007, before becoming head of Web development, and is now our VP of Product Development. Deborah is responsible for the user experience and future development for all of Trade Only's solutions.

THOMAS BURKHOLDER
	Thomas is our Chief Financial Officer, and has held a number of Controller and CFO roles with companies in $70 - 500 Million revenue range. He brings with him relevant experience to develop the company's finance resource in North America.

CHRIS GLOWACKI
	Like Paul, Chris is a Director of Business Development. Located in Philadelphia, Chris has previous supplier experience and brings eight years of industry knowledge to the Trade Only team. He has two sons, Nathan and Nicholas, and a wife named Emily. Chris is a sports enthusiast.


	Mike heads up Technologo, and is a 14 year industry professional with 10 years of experience as a technology service provider and four years as a supplier. Mike also spent three years on the PPAC – Ontario Chapter Board of Directors. Mike holds a BA in Economics from Acadia University and an M.B.A. from the University of New Brunswick.

	An integral member of the Trade Only team, Tracey is our Corporate Education Manager, and is responsible for the planning, delivery and assessment of all VISION and STORE training courses. Tracey brings over 15 years of experience in to the table. She holds an MA in Publication Adminstration and Human Resource Management.

	Andy heads up the development of our ERP solution Trade Only VENTURE, and was one of the founding members of the technology division of Trade Only. As one of the longest standing members of the team, Andy has unparalleled experience of implementing our solutions all over the globe.

	Our Financial Controller Roshine brings over 10 years of financial management experience and expertise to the Trade Only team. Roshine directs all financial aspects of the business including accounting practices, budgeting, and monitoring of financial performance for the US. Roshine holds a BS degree from Jackson State University.

	Bryon gained his degree from Orange Coast College, and then went on to work at Hewlett Packard for a total of seven years as Team Leader in the Technical Support department. He participated in a one year promotional tour of the entire US promoting HP products. Bryon is now the Supervisor for the Customer Support team.


	Liz is Trade Only's Marketing Manager and has been with us since 2005. With a background in bringing new technology solutions to the market, Liz makes sure that all of our communications emphasize the incredible time and money saving capabilities of our solutions, as well as the capacity to deliver outstanding customer service.


	A graduate from University College London, Tamar has been at Trade Only since early 2011. Working directly under Liz, her main focus is US Marketing. Although relatively new to the promotional products arena, Tamar has a strong grasp of the industry and Trade Only’s products and services.

	Leyon is an integral member of the Trade Only technical support team, and delivers all of our UK based Free Training for Life. With a background in customer service, Leyon is very popular with our clients as he delivers knowledge, dedication and enthusiasm in equal measure.

	With over 10 years in the promotional products industry, Kevin is one of the original members of Technologo, and brings his knowledge and experience to Trade Only. Having led the Production team and worked directly with the industry's top suppliers, he heads up our data integration team.

	Igor joined the team in 2003 and works on all aspects of site development, software architect and implementation. Igor holds a MA in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, and is a Sun Certified Java Programmer and Web Component Developer and Cisco Certified Network Associate.
SPARKLE LONG
	Sparkle is a new addition to our California based Customer Support Team. She comes to us with many years' experience delivering exceptional technical support. She has an active two year old called Haley. When she's not chasing after her, you can find Sparkle at the mall or baking up some goodies.

	Chris has over 34 years experience in computer programming and development, and has been with Trade Only since day one. He's chiefly responsible for coding the product database structure for Trade Only VISION and STORE, handling complex connectivity with consumate ease.

	Mark is a key member of our Supplier Data entry, maintenance and update team. He's responsible for making sure that the product database we deliver to distributors is 100% accurate, up to date and comprehensive. Mark also 'brand on demand' enables products for instant virtual samples.

	Alex works predominantly with Richard Laws in developing world class websites for our most discerning customers. With a background in PERL and PHP programming, Alex ensures that our STORE technology remains one of the most sophisticated web platforms available.
