End User License Agreements

This agreement is for a minimum period of 12 months.
Monthly payment should be made via Credit Card.
After the minimum period, cancellation of the contract must be made in writing and is subject to a 30 day notice period and removal of all services.
Contract includes all software updates, full version upgrades, user licenses and technical / user support.
All software provided is subject to an End User Licence Agreement (EULA).
Monthly charges will commence once the contract has been signed.
Price is fixed for three years, subsequent to which will not increase by more than 5% per annum.
Show deals are for 12 months, after which the package will revert to the list prie for the chosen services.
